What is
EAdsMart?
EAdsMart is
an online classified ads website. It has been in existence since
July 2005 promoting all kinds of mostly Singapore-based
businesses - of both Internet and bricks-and-mortar type
operations.
Why are the
ads in display format?
To give the
ads high visibility, and to make it an interesting, fast and
convenient experience for site visitors. We will soon be offering
premium space at the top of the pages for banner ads.
Who accesses
EAdsMart?
The bulk of
our visitors are resident expatriates, foreigners on business or
on vacation, and local residents searching for a product or
service. Other visitors include overseas residents searching for
various items.
We have high
traffic from developed economies like
USA, Australia, EU, UK, Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong, and are
steadily gaining traffic from emerging markets such as China,
India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Middle East, Africa and South
America.
What is the
traffic of EAdsMart?
To date,
EAdsMart has logged over 2 million hits
and around 200,000 visitors. Currently, we get about 18,000
visitors per month. And the numbers are steadily climbing.
There are
over 40 countries accessing the site, with the developed countries
producing the highest traffic outside of Singapore.
How is the
website managed?
EAdsMart is
managed by IStudios Marketing,
a web design and services business. The site is updated weekly,
while the ads are online for monthly durations. Each page has 3
categories in column format with each ad fully displayed onscreen.
We edit and format each ad before listing, and may copywrite if
required.
Why should I
advertise in EAdsMart?
The Internet
has changed our lives. We now have direct access to the whole
world from wherever we are. It would be foolish not to tap into
this huge global marketplace.
EAdsMart
gives you a leg-up on getting into the Internet arena. Our
attractive and eye-catching style, together with our effective

But I already
have a website. Why would I need to advertise in EAdsMart?

Who can
advertise?
Anyone who
has a business or a product or service to market. SOHOs, SMEs,
entrepreneurs, independent workers and agents especially will find
EAdsMart useful.
What are the
rates?
The standard
rate is S$8.00 or US$5.00 per line for 1 month. Each line can
accommodate from 3 to 7 words. There is a minimum ad size of 3
lines. Pictures and photos are designated as lines based on
picture height: each 12 pixels of height is counted as 1 line. See
Guidelines.
What are the
categories available?
There are 36
categories in 12 pages. The
pages are Leisure, Food, Shopping, Buy & Sell, Holistic, Health
Care, Household, Property, Business, Professional Services, Jobs,
and Education. Within each page are sub-categories of the main
theme.
More pages or
categories may be added later.
Can I use
pictures in the ads?
Photos and
pictures are highly encouraged for use in the ads. They make your
ad stand out as well as provide a clear, succinct depiction of
what you are offering or of who you are. Pictures will be resized
to 180 pixels or 50 pixels wide depending on layout of your
choice. See

How large or
small can the ads be?
Each line in
the ad contains 3 to 7 words. The minimum size of the ads is 3
lines, and the maximum size is 30 lines. Pictures are counted as
lines (12 pixels of height = 1 line) and included in the total
number of lines. See

What are the
rules and the deadline for ad submission?
The deadline
for submission
is Monday at 12midnight Singapore time or 4pm Universal Time.
Ads submitted
on time will be published same week on Thursday, after full

Are there any
restrictions on advertising in EAdsMart?
EAdsMart
prefers to advertise for legitimate businesses and industries. We
are a family values oriented website and will not accept ads from
certain trades or individuals. There is no auto posting of ads in EAdsMart. All ads will be vetted. A list of unacceptable ads is
available
here.
Are there
other EAdsMart locations besides Singapore?
Currently, EAdsMart offers only Singapore listings. We are setting
up sites for other locations, and will announce it once the sites
are in place.
